They can't all be perfect...
Yesterday I wanted to get a quick shoot in of my girls for Mother's Day. The sun was blinding, we didn't have time to go to a location, so our yard had to do. And well, the littlest of our girls did NOT want to cooperate. Oh well - they can't all be perfect now can they.

Field at sunset
I wish I had taken more time getting my camera settings just right to get more of a star burst from the setting sun- but when you pass the field on your way home from horse lessons and you have 3 hungry girls in the car - you wing it. Next time.

Double Digits
Turning Double Digits is a big deal - it is only appropriate that a photo shoot is in order. The weather turned on us - but we did manage to get a little bit of shooting in today. We'll have to continue when it's not raining.
